4THROWS Challenger Unturned Iron Hammer

The 4Throws Challenger Unturned Iron Hammer is an affordable training hammer designed for high school and college throwers developing their technique. Its cast iron head provides a budget friendly option for regular practice, helping athletes work on turns, rhythm, and release timing. Each hammer includes a steel connecting wire, rust resistant ball bearing swivel, and aluminum handle for a complete throwing setup. Available in multiple weights, the Challenger is a practical choice for schools, clubs, and athletes who need reliable equipment at an accessible price. Its unturned construction prioritizes affordability over the refined finish of premium turned hammers.
