Polanik Carbon Fiber Discus

The Polanik Carbon Fiber Discus is a premium competition discus designed for advanced track and field athletes seeking high rim weight and performance focused construction. Featuring an 85% rim weight, it is suited to experienced throwers who can generate the rotational speed needed to benefit from a high rim weight design. Its carbon fiber side plates provide a rigid, lightweight construction, while the brass rim with a special steel core concentrates mass toward the outer edge. Available in multiple competition weights, this discus is intended for high level throwing and should be used on grass or similar surfaces to protect its construction.
